World Pork Expo back this week

The 2023 World Pork Expo is happening this week (June 7-9) at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.

All of the newest and greatest features are included in the trade show and there are various seminars. Business seminars are sponsored by the various industry partners and the National Pork Board will sponsor a Pork Academy event. This brings speakers together addressing the latest topics and industry information.

Business seminar topics include "Turning Animal Agriculture's Toughest Challenges Into our Biggest Opportunities." World Pork Expo has adapted to changing pork production in the U.S. and around the world for the last 35 years.

World Pork Expo continues to bounce back after a couple of years of no expo in 2019 and 2020. It was first canceled due to African Swine Fever worries then the COVID-19 pandemic hit the following year.
