Defenbaugh open house is Tues.

BLACKSTONE – An open house for a new 2,496 head wean-to-finish pig barn is planned for Tuesday (Jan. 8) at the Kevin and Tabitha Defenbaugh farm near Blackstone in Livingston County.

A ribbon cutting takes place at 5:30 p.m. with a meal immediately following at 9400 E. 3200 North Road. Sponsors include: Frank & West Environmental Engineers, Hog Slat, JR Electric, Illinois Livestock Development Group, Illinois Pork Producers Association, Livingston County Farm Bureau, Maximum Ag Technologies and Midwest Bank.
