Nominate a Groundbreaker

Now is your last chance to nominate a Groundbreaker of the Year from Compeer Financial.

This award honors young and beginning farmers whose impact goes beyond the field. Compeer annually honors three clients from Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin who show outstanding leadership, advocacy and community involvement.

One farmer or farmer couple receives $5,000 and a $2,500 donation to a non-profit of their choice. Two honorable mentions receive $2,500 each.

Nominees must be a current Compeer client, 18-35 years old or have 10 years or less of farming experience and must be actively farming in Illinois, Minnesota or Wisconsin.

The nomination deadline is July 31 at 11:59 p.m. with winners announced next February.
