ISAP is adding new pins to our Conservation Story Map and we acknowledge the need to feature the voices of women leaders across the state doing impactful work towards a sustainable future.
Across the state, women are leading on-farm conservation as farmers, advisors, researchers, and more all greatly contributing to the progression of conservation agriculture in Illinois. We know they’re out there doing the work—but we also know women are often left out of the spotlight. This is a small but impactful way to change that.
If you're a woman working in corn and soy operations and supporting conservation practices, we invite you to add your story and expertise to the story map. It takes just a few minutes to drop your pin and share a little about your role in this work. Through a small gesture like adding your pin, you contribute to a large specialist network that connects conservation minded champions across the state.
