Field days set for this week

MENDOTA – Prairie State Tractor John Deere dealership will hold its 2021 field days this Thursday and Friday, August 12 and 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Visitors will have the opportunity to demo John Deere equipment and learn more about tillage tools from company representatives just north of 3867 E. 3rd Rd. near Mendota. A welcome with walkaround discussion led by product experts takes place at 9 a.m. with ride and drives at 11 a.m. and a box lunch provided at noon.

Featured equipment includes 8R with 2660VT vertical tillage, 9RX with 2680H high performance disk, 9R with 2730 combination ripper, 2230FH field cultivator, self-propelled sprayer and X9 combine.
