CHENOA – When driving through Chenoa on Route 24, you can’t miss the new home of 4-D Construction of Illinois, Inc.

What was formerly the old O.E.M. Tractor Parts building and Seibert’s before that is the 4-D headquarters. 4-D is still putting the finishing touches on the building renovation project.

“We bought it with the vision or intention of creating a place where we can be able to do a lot of things in-house,” explained Denver Rassi of 4-D.

The company has been creating cabinets and countertops in the building, doing both residential and commercial work. In fact, their cabinets can be seen inside the brand new Chenoa Public Library where 4-D served as the general contractor.

This frameless cabinet with a modern look is cut at the Route 24 location and work is being completed on the front of the building facing the highway. In addition, 4-D plans to lease out commercial space.

“That will be a place for our 4-D headquarters office where people can come in and 323 Design Team is the cabinets and countertops so that will all be there and there will be a show room.”

One of the company’s passions is design work, according to Rassi, so they are glad to help with those projects that may seem overwhelming at first. Utilization of 3-D rendering and imagine capabilities make it easier to visualize a project.
