Get your fair food fix in August
BLOOMINGTON – There may be no official McLean County Fair this year, but you can still get your fair food fix in early August.
The Taste of McLean County Fair Food Fest is slated for Aug. 5-9 with concessions set up at the McLean County Fairgrounds in Bloomington and open for business 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. during these dates.
Menu options include: pork chops, ribeyes, hamburgers, giant tenderloins, deep fried pickles, lemonade shake-ups, ice cream and BBQ sandwiches.
Per health department guidelines, social distancing measures and safety precautions will be in place. Food can be eaten on the fairgrounds or taken to go. Guests must wear a face mask at all times except when seated at tables eating.
