Crop meeting coming to Peoria

PEORIA – An informational ag meeting on crop insurance and markets is set for Tuesday, Jan. 28 at the Peoria County Farm Bureau at 9 a.m.

Registration opens at 8:30 at the building located at 1716 N. University St. Doug Yoder from Country Financial will present a 2020 crop insurance update, Krista Swanson with U of I Department of Ag and Consumer Economics, will give a Farm Bill update and Joe Camp with AgriVisor has a market outlook.
