CIFN expands radio reach to Springfield
Those in the Springfield area can now enjoy programming from The Central Illinois Farm Network.
Catch “Central Illinois Today” with Kent Casson weekdays at 5:30 a.m. on WMAY 94.7 FM/970 AM and on WUSW 92.7 FM. You can also hear our midday report of farm news during the noon hour on WMAY.
News Talk 94.7 & 970 WMAY allows local listeners to interact by expressing their views. The new US 92.7 includes the biggest country hits and superstars from the 90s to now with coverage stretching from Lincoln to Decatur and Taylorville. The stations are owned by Mid-West Family Broadcasting, a locally owned commercial broadcast group based in Springfield.
The Springfield addition adds to The Central Illinois Farm Network’s ag audience reach which already covers the markets of Bloomington-Normal, Gibson City and Watseka in central and east central Illinois.
