Deere sues companies

Precision Planting and AGCO Corporation are being sued by U.S. farm equipment maker Deere & Co. for infringement.

According to Reuters, Deere claimsproducts made or sold by Precision Planting, including vSet and SpeedTube products, infringed on its patents. Deere says those patents protect the inventions that facilitate even crop emergence, seed placement and uniform seed spacing.
