DeWitt SWCD to hold annual meeting

CLINTON – The 74th annual meeting of the DeWitt County Soil and Water Conservation District is set for 7:30 a.m. Feb. 1 at the Abagail in Clinton with a buffet breakfast starting at 7:30 a.m.

The main speaker will be Ford Baldwin with Practical Weed Consultants in Arkansas. Baldwin will discuss weed resistance and hybrid selection. The meeting is free but donations will be accepted. Reservations are due Jan. 26 and can be made by calling 217-935-6504, extension 3.
