Ag tech update with Nu-Ag

CHATSWORTH – Ask any farmer from the area and they will tell you it has been a season of ups and downs. While excessive rain fell in some locations, other places didn’t receive enough.

“Those yield drags can be attributed to too much water early and not being able to get yourself through that dry period,” explains Tim McGreal, owner of Nu-Ag Technology in Chatsworth.

McGreal says Nu-Ag can review yield maps and do tile designs that any local contractor could install or the folks at Nu-Ag can get you in your own tile plow since they are a Soil Max dealer.

The annual Nu-Ag Technology Soil Max demo days are set for Sept. 6 and 7 in Chatsworth following the Farm Progress Show, which is held in Decatur Aug. 29-31. FPS attendees can visit with representatives from Ag Leader and Soil Max and the folks from Nu-Ag will be on hand as well.
