Flick on the Farm coming up

For the second year, the Promotions and Education committee of the Livingston County Farm Bureau will host Flick on the Farm.

This year’s flick will be Walt Disney’s Zootopia. What could be better than a night on the farm with free activities, a delicious dinner and a movie? Join the Farm Bureau on August 5 for a night on the farm.

The evening will start at 6:30 with dinner cooked and served by the Farm Hats crew and donated by Illinois Pork Producers and Illinois Corn Grower’s. Dinner will be pork burgers, chips, cookie and your drink for $5. They will also have popcorn available during the movie. The P and E committee will have a variety of games and activities for all ages at no cost.

At dusk, there will be a viewing of Zootopia on the side of the barn at Randy and Hope Perry’s farm, 23585 E 1000 North Rd, Fairbury. For more information, call 815-842-1103.
