Making grain handling easier

PEORIA – A company which provides conveying and transportation equipment for the ag industry goes beyond simply helping farmers empty corn or beans from bins.
Walinga USA offers diesel-powered grain vacs along with PTO-powered units. Walinga was among the companies featured at last month’s Greater Peoria Farm Show at the Peoria Civic Center.
“They’re great for moving bulk commodities grains from one point to another,” explained Walinga advertising and marketing manager Jonathan Medemblik.
Walinga also offers push systems for conveying grain from one location to another. The company’s self-contained units and central vac systems help keep mills and similar areas clean.
“It’s not just equipment for emptying corn or soybeans out of a bin. There are a lot of different things you can do with our conveying systems and grain vacs.”
The company also builds bulk feed trailers for delivery and feed from the mill to the farm. For more about Walinga, visit www.walinga.com. On the website, you can find the nearest dealer and links to their You Tube, Facebook and Instagram pages.
