Farm-to-Fork dinner is Tuesday

A farm-to-fork dinner is planned for Tuesday evening (Mar. 13) at the Walton Centre in downtown Fairbury.

The event is being organized by the Central Illinois Connection group and there is no cost or obligation to attend. Reserve a spot for the free dinner by calling: 815-692-9711. Those attending will be able to enter a drawing to win $1,000 cash.

Locally grown food will be served and visitors will be able to meet the farmers that produced the food. The Central Illinois Connection will also share its vision for Central Illinois agriculture by collaborating with youth and communities.
