Fendt was among the brands showing off exciting new items at the recent Farm Progress Show in Decatur and customers have noticed.

“We’ve got some great new innovative features and products we are talking to customers about,” explained Conor Bergin, North American brand manager for AGCO.

On the tractor side, the company has introduced the FendtONE cab across the entire high horsepower wheel tractor lineup. Bergin refers to this as an unparalleled user operating experience inside the cab that is highly customizable.

“When you hop into the cab, you’ll note that there are two large 12-inch color monitors but what really stands out to a lot of people is that one of those two literally retracts from the roof liner,” Bergin said.

If you can run a smart phone, you can pick up on the technology very easily. Screen use can be customized for guidance, mapping or capturing data, which is all integrated into the display.

“After they spend 20 minutes in the cab of one of these machines, they say this is easier, intuitive and makes more sense.”

Fendt also debuted the Ideal 10 combine which is literally the largest combine in the world at over 790 horsepower and there is no steering wheel. The joystick steering control system allows unobstructed forward visibility for quite the experience.
