BLOOMINGTON – An antique tractor plow event planned for Saturday (Oct. 27) will benefit a growing project through Foods Resource Bank, a Christian response to world hunger.

Antique plows will gather at the Jim Schwoerer farm, 3823 W. Zeibarth Road in Bloomington between I-74 and Carlock from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Registration begins at 8:30 with a start time of 10:00. Lunch is served from 11:30-12 with plowing resuming after lunch.

Food includes chili, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches and desserts. The proceeds will fund a current project in Honduras.
