Informational soybean meeting Thursday

The new dicamba soybean label and Enlist chemical recommendations will be covered during an informational meeting held online Thursday evening (Dec. 3) from Rob-See-Co.

Originally, the company wanted to hold in-person meetings for Illinois farmers but the pandemic has not allowed these kinds of events to happen. This online Zoom meeting starts at 7 p.m. with the meeting code of 951 2226 7535.

“They’ve hosted some of these in other states,” said Rob-See-Co’s Bryan Lessen.

Rob-See-Co is fairly new to Illinois but not the ag industry in general, according to Lessen.

“It is not going to be a huge sales pitch, that’s not what we are about. We’re about transparency and we want the farmer to be informed.”

December 15 is the upcoming pay discount date for Rob-See-Co seed orders. A January pay date is also coming up. Lessen said the company is very user friendly to growers.
