Arians to address Chamber breakfast
BLOOMINGTON – Sean Arians, founder of mobile app GrainCoat and grower direct business lead at Advanced Agrilytics, will give the keynote address at the upcoming McLean County Chamber Ag Awareness Breakfast.
The event will be held Thursday, Mar. 17 from 7 to 8:30 a.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel in Bloomington. It is free to attend but registration is required.
This meeting will highlight FFA service awards, Maitland Grain recipients, the George Holder Grant winner and more. A plated breakfast and event program begins promptly at 7 a.m.
Now in its 20th year, the John Maitland Agriculture Awareness Fund celebrates teachers and students of our communities that are working to incorporate agriculture into their lesson plans, classrooms and youth learning experiences. For this year’s “pass the hat,” donors can choose to give online through the McLean County Extension Service Foundation or collections will be taken on-site at the breakfast.
