4-H club benefits from donation


CORNELL – Central Illinois farmer Cheryl Hansen of Livingston County directed $2,500 to the Cornell Classic Clovers 4-H Club from the America’s Farmers Grow Communities program, sponsored by the Bayer Fund.


America’s Farmers Grow Communities is celebrating its 10th year partnering with farmers to support nonprofits strengthening rural communities. This program offers farmers the chance to direct a $2,500 donation to a nonprofit organization of their choice. More than $33 million has been awarded to over 8,000 nonprofits across America.
