ICGA meeting coming up

Due to the late harvest season in Illinois and the uncertainty of attendance, the Farm Assets Conference typically held in Normal on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving has been cancelled.

However, the Illinois Corn Growers Association annual meeting will be held November 26 from 8:00 am – 10:00 am at a new location, the Asmark Agricenter in Bloomington.

This meeting will feature updates from Ted Mottaz, ICGA President; Rodney Weinzierl, IL Corn Executive Director; Roger Sy, Illinois Corn Marketing Board Chairman; and Kevin Ross, National Corn Growers Association President. ICGA also holds their annual awards ceremony at this event, recognizing farmers and leaders with an Environmental Award, Ethanol Award, Media Award, and World of Corn Award.
