Economics summit planned

This year’s Illinois Farm Economics Summit will focus on the profitability of Illinois agriculture and managing financial stress.

The event takes place the week of Dec. 17 at various locations including Mt. Vernon, Springfield, Peoria, Dekalb and Champaign. Sponsors include Farmdoc, Illinois Agricultural and Consumer Economics, FBFM and Illinois Extension. Those scheduled to speak are Jonathan Coppess, Todd Hubbs, Scott Irwin, Dale Lattz, Nick Paulson and Gary Schnitkey.
