Foundation scholarships awarded

The Livingston County Farm Bureau Foundation has awarded Ethel K. Hoerner Scholarships as well as the Elite Scholarship which is in recognition of Rosie Duffy’s exemplary volunteerism.

The LCFB Foundation began awarding scholarships in 1991 and has since provided scholarships to 346 students pursuing degrees in an agricultural-related field of study.

The LCFB Foundation named Kassidy Kimpling the 2018 Elite Scholarship winner. Thirty-two area students were awarded Hoerner Scholarships this year. The LCFB Foundation was the recipient of a portion of the Ethel K. Hoerner estate.

The Livingston County Farm Bureau Foundation would like to congratulate this year’s scholarship recipients and wish success with their education and future careers.

The mission of the Livingston County Farm Bureau Foundation is to fund and encourage ag related educational opportunities to the youth of Livingston County through college scholarships.
