Christmas dinner possibilities don’t stop with turkey and ham.

Illinois Pork Producers Association president Jason Propst says loin roasts or even pork chops on the grill will make your holiday guests happy this year.

“A couple of years ago, our daughter was sick so we didn’t go to the big family dinner so we put some pork chops and steaks on the grill and started some different traditions,” Propst said.

Pork is a wholesome product which can be enjoyed any time of the year, according to the IPPA.
