FFA teams honored

Prairie Central’s successful FFA teams were honored by members of the P.C. Board of Education Thursday night.

Board President Mark Slagel read a resolution which acknowledged the extraordinary performance of FFA members at the national convention in October.

“The board of education of Prairie Central congratulates and holds to the highest esteem the Prairie Central High School judging program,” Slagel said.

“We really do realize you don’t just get to that point. You work hard to get there,” stated Superintendent Paula Crane. “You really put Prairie Central on the map, not just in Illinois but nationally.”
